The set-up is simple: no-nonsense, no frills. It’s like you’re taking a class with us, and as you know in real life the light is not always perfect and your pants don’t always stay in place.
Our challenge and mission is to shine the light even when we are awkward or uncomfortable, feeling insecure or feeling fat. Then we can become true warriors of compassion and joy.

This class is great for people with Scoliosis: a lot of experimenting with what your body can do! And beside this it’s a great class for everyone 🙂 You’ll need 2 blocks, a belt, a meditation cushion, a bolster and a blanket.

Themed Classes – strong
Many of us shy away from core work, but I am a true believer of strong belly – kind heart – peaceful mind trio. This is a bit of a creative sequence, with lots of movements you know, meant to leave you feeling powerful, happy and calm. The few stretches at the end help too.

A delicious, full body practice, focusing on the back and arms, and using a block playfully to stimulate both our brains and our bodies. A ball will also work!

This class was designed to give you a powerful shot of strength and energy, especially for challenging times, or for when we feel a lack of motivation and self confidence.

We start slow, and build up gently, but we also go all the way into a strong flow. We use deep abdominal and back muscles in a creative sequence that will leave you warm, sweaty and very centered. We finish with some delicious stretches and a short meditation.
